New concept café opening at SkyParks Business Centre

A unique and concept coffee shop and fine food retail outlet us set to to open at SkyParks Business Centre. This eatery will be run by Alan Mercieca Bons, a co-owner of the Super brands award-winner bar, Del Borgo in Birgu and his business partner Amy Talbot, under the name of Talbot & Bons - a new local brand.

"On the creation of our new concept, the main challenge was to find the right location. We believe that having a unique concept, the great location of SkyParks Business Centre, flexible management and a robust organisation is the perfect platform for success," said the Talbot & Bons directors.

Situated on level 1 of the business centre, the outlet will have indoors seating, as well as outdoor tables in the terrace in front of the building.

Armed with the expertise required to run such an innovative concept, the café will offer fresh and genuine, high quality products and a modern ambience for business people, clients and the general public. Tenants based at the business centre will be able to make use of the café, bar and lounge area for their coffee breaks and business lunches. What makes this café so distinctive is the specialty fine food retail area which will also include a wide selection of Italian and local delicacies as well as an exclusive range of foreign and local wines. The cafeteria will start operating as soon as the business centre opens for its tenants.
